Grit & Grace Nutrition Coaching was created to bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it—especially when life feels busy, messy, and unpredictable.
After years of coaching women and men who felt stuck in a cycle of extremes—restrict, overcorrect, burn out, repeat—I knew we needed a different approach. One that prioritized strength over scale weight, nourishment over numbers, and sustainable habits over quick fixes.
I’ve been coaching since 2018 and am a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach. But more than that—I’ve walked alongside hundreds of people through seasons of overwhelm, transition, and rebuilding. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be to ditch perfection and start focusing on what’s actually doable.
I started Grit & Grace because I believe you deserve more than one-size-fits-all plans and shame-based motivation. You deserve a coach who listens to your story, works with your real life, and reminds you that consistency—not perfection—is what creates lasting change.
